Chill Time — Delete your account

Chill Time is developed by Centre Axel. You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app:

1. Open the Chill Time app and sign in.
2. Go to Options (on the categories screen).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Data that is deleted: your account (email address, date of birth, gender), your mood ratings, and your strategy-usage history are permanently deleted from our servers.

Data that is kept: no personal data is retained after deletion. Anonymized technical logs may be kept for up to 30 days for security purposes.

If you cannot access the app, email us at info@centreaxel.com and we will delete your account within 30 days.
