Launch of iSMART, a stress management application
Montreal, April 6, 2020 - Pierrich Plusquellec, professor and researcher at the Montreal University Mental Health Institute Research Center in collaboration with the Centre Axel, has launched the second version of the mobile application "iSMART", a tool that helps users identify situations that can lead to chronic stress and effectively neutralize them using stress science knowledge.
Many functionality to discover
Given the current exceptional circumstances, the use of technological tools has never seemed so essential to simplify and facilitate the management of our mental health! This new application, designed and scientifically validated, offers advantages such as quick access to a large amount of information, videos, programs, tests or exercises, 24 hours a day.
Available free of charge and in both languages, the iSMART digital tool allows you to better understand the mechanisms of stress reactivity and learn how to better manage it to prevent chronic stress within easy reach!
